We are continually striving to produce the best quality products with precision and attention to detail. Even though our remake rate averages less than 2%, we understand that human error occasionally happens. In the event of the need for a remake, we will remake at no charge or credit your account accordingly.

When all information is received and evaluated, we will credit your account accordingly. Each case will be evaluated on a case by case basis to better serves your needs.

We cannot be held responsible for poorly made impression that the doctor instructs to go ahead and make the case.

We guarantee materials and labor for 5 years for crown and bridge and 1 year for all removable.
